Requests to book outside of these periods will unfortunately be denied. Room: The studio is a unique space with a private entrance from the hallway. It’s spacious, giving the residents the most luxurious living experience. The resident will share the bathroom with other adjacant occupant who has private entrance as well. It features a queen-size bed, ensuite bathroom, study desk, smart TV with a streaming device, mini-fridge, microwave, coffee maker, and kettle. Neighbourhood/building: Our Downtown Residence is one of the most luxurious Manhattan highrises located right on historic Wall Street. This residence offers more than you can imagine and will upgrade your lifestyle once you step in. Find comfort in a super luxury apartment with a gym, rooftop terrace, games room and so on. Our residence is located right in front of the subway station. It takes only 15 minutes to arrive at Midtown and Times Square. At Wall St, all the options are just steps from your door: trendy eateries, eclectic boutiques, emerging art galleries are all yours to explore. From everyday conveniences to eclectic eating places. How to rent this place
If you're ready to rent, here’s what to do:

- If the landlord accepts your rental application, we’ll collect payment to confirm your stay. If they don’t, your payment will be automatically canceled.
